The staff was friendly and accommodating! The location near the Colliseum allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The comfortable beds made for a decent night’s sleep, ideal for families with children.

Warm, welcoming, warm
The staff made us feel right at home the moment we arrived, their smiles were contagious! I loved lounging by the outdoor courtyard, beautifully lit and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Plus, the spacious room had a cozy vibe that totally enhanced our stay.

The lack of a free breakfast was a major letdown. it’s unusual not to find even a basic option. The cleanliness in the room left much to be desired, with dirt and hair found in the sink, not to mention the shower door that didn’t close properly leading to a flooded bathroom floor. The ice machine sounded like a rocket ship throughout the night, making for less-than-sound sleep, and some amenities felt outdated. Those expecting a hassle-free stay should be aware of various maintenance issues around the hotel.
